If you have not found the answer to your question or problem elsewhere on our site, please use the following means to request Eggplant support.
For existing Eggplant customers with a valid Support and Maintenance plan, please login to Redstone's online self-service portal here:
If you are an existing customer but you do not have a self-service login, please e-mail us to request a login.
For customers who have a Support and Maintenance plan, have attended a training session and would like to speak to a technical support specialist, please use the technical support phone number you were given at the end of your training course. If you have lost this phone number, please e-mail us.
For all other customers, if you have not found the answer to your question or problem elsewhere, please use the User Forums to post your question. The User Forum is an excellent way to get assistance from fellow customers and Redstone does, on occasion, monitor these forum and respond to questions too. If you find that you simply aren't getting the assistance you require on these forums, please feel free to contact us to discuss purchasing a Support and Maintenance plan.
