Host-ID Instructions

In order to license your software, we need the Host-ID for the machine that you will be licensing. You can obtain the Host-ID in two ways. (Note: This is *not* the IP Address)

1) If the machine already has an evaluation copy installed, open the application menu and select Licenses to open the License panel. Host-ID is the last field on the License panel and appears in this format: 0x936e8108

2) If the machine does not have a copy of the application installed, open System Preferences, click the Network control panel. Select Built-In Ethernet from the Show pop-up. Go to the Ethernet tab and copy the value of the Ethernet ID field. The Host-ID will appear in this format 00:0a:95:a6:93:60.

If you do not have a HostID at the time of purchase you can enter 0xFFFFFFFF and transfer your license at a later time.
